How To Use A Body Scrub
It’s best to use a body scrub two to three times per week to keep your skin soft and smooth. To add one to your skincare routine, simply:
1. Use lukewarm water; allow it to run for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin. Baths or showers are great for this!
2. Pause running water or step out of your shower stream and apply the scrub in circular motions; start at your feet and move upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation.
3. Maintain gentle pressure (don’t scrub too hard or you can damage your skin!)
4. Rinse thoroughly
5. Apply your favorite body oil or lotion while your skin is still slightly damp.

Super fast shipping and excellent packaging!!! My only bummer was that the shower steamers/melts smelled great upon "sniffing" sure....but once they were in the shower, you could barely smell them. I ordered 2 different types, one that smells of oranges and a second that smells of mint...2 very normally potent smelling smells...but I was sorry to find out that they just didn't smell up the shower like others I've tried from Amazon... I will say that the sugar scrub is FANTASTIC tho! I will definitely be ordering that again!
